Children at St Barneys

Jesus welcomed children (Mark 10:14) and we want our children to experience the love of Jesus and the joy of knowing him. kids@barneys is a program for 3-12 year olds that runs during our 9:30am Sunday service during school term. We have lots of fun together playing games, learning from the Bible, and doing craft.
Children start in the church with their parents or carers. We sing together and hear a short kids talk before the children head out to their program with their leaders in the church hall. Adults collect their children after the service is finished.
Younger children are welcome to stay in the church service. Some quiet toys are provided on the left hand side of the church. If required, a parents’ room is adjacent to the main church meeting space.

barnacles
play | sing | connect
Barnacles is a music, movement and play group for 0-5yr olds and their carers. Come and have fun with your child as they play, dance and sing. It’s also an opportunity to get out of the house, relax and get to know our community of parents and carers over a cuppa.
Our activities include toys, craft, singing and Bible stories. Please bring water and morning tea for your own child. During Barnacles, each child is supervised by their own parent or carer. Our music and movement program is designed for you to participate with your child so please join in where you are able.
Barnacles takes place 9:30-11:00am Thursdays in school terms. There is no fee to attend.
